1 c Brown Sugar 1/2 stick Butter 3 Sweet Potatoes 1 cup water (or enough to barely cover the potatoes |
Directions:

1) Peal and slice the sweet potatoes in 1/2" to 3/4" 2) Place potatoes in a pot, barely cover with water 3) Add butter (sliced) and brown sugar 4) Cover and cook until tender Great with cornbread! |
