Yields: 8 servings
Ingredients:
---Crust---
9 oz grahm crackers, crushed
1 tsp cinnamon
1 stk butter, melted
1/4 c sugar

--Filling--
2 lb cream cheese, soften
1 c sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt

---Topping---
8 oz Sour cream
1/4 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
1) Mix items together for crust and press into a spring form pan. Bake at 225 for 10 minutes, Let crust cool.
2) Mix filling ingredients until smooth, add to crust, bake at 350 for 30 minutes (or until set)
3) Mix topping until smooth, and add after step #2, bake at 450 for 10-15 minutes.
4) Cool (in refrig) overnight or at least 6 hours
