Hashbrown Casserole

Yields: 12 servings
Ingredients:
1 lb hash browns, frozen
1/2 stick butter
1 c onion, yellow, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 c grated cheese
2 tsp salt & pepper or Tony's (or to taste)
2 c sour cream
Directions:
1) Mix up everything in a big bowl.
2) Spray a casserole pan, put the mixture into the pan, cover with tin foil.
3) Bake at 400 for about an 1 hour (less if potatoes are thawed.
